We recently held a dynamic sessions on mental health, creating a safe and open space where young people could talk honestly about emotional well-being, stress, and coping mechanisms. The sessions aimed to break the silence around mental health, raise awareness about common challenges, and equip participants with tools and resources to take care of their mental and emotional health. These sessions were a powerful reminder that it’s okay to ask for help and that mental health matters just as much as physical health.
